VAASTU FOR HAPPINESS

It has been wisely said that ‘the joy of happiness lies in the giving’ meaning if you give something to someone, you get back in abundance and also feel pleasure and joy in it. The biggest example is nature which gives us bountifully and never expects anything in return.

The rule of nature is you should part with whatever you crave for, the most, and then it would come back to you in abundance. For example, if you crave for love, then love everyone unconditionally first, you would then find love flowing in for you from all corners. The same applies with cash. If you have a cash crunch, first let it flow from your end, only then will you have money rolling in for you. Vaastu says never give out pain and hatred to anyone as it would come back to you in return time times over. Moreover, people suffer from serious diseases physically due to sustained hatred and deep rooted grudges that they keep against others. Vedic Vaastu suggests lighting an oil lamp outside the main door brings in light and good vibes within the house.

LAW OF ACCEPTANCE

The law of acceptance is the key to happiness. We should happily accept whatever comes our way. Not getting anxious during happy moments and staying calm at times of sorrow is the biggest parameter of a sensible and perfect human being.

LIFE-FORCE ENERGIES

The universe around us is filled with life force subtle energies in the form of magnetic energy, energy from the North Pole, gravitational energy and so on. To live in harmony and peace, we should make sure to tune in and welcome these energies into our house as far as possible by letting open their entry points and not blocking them in any manner. An obstacle-free flow of these positive forces would induce an element of life force within the environment thereby letting you grow in every respective field. These points should be noted at the time of constructing a building but if a structure has already been erected and there is no scope for bringing about physical changes, you can still induce positivity by playing soft music, keeping the area clutter-free, mopping the floor with sea salt and lighting incense sticks regularly.

PETS AND PLANTS

Both pets and plants share our joys and sorrows; are held responsible for our karma and absorb negativity present in and around us. Keeping fishes in an aquarium in the house, looking after pets, nurturing plants are simple ways of distributing our share of happiness and difficulties with them.

FIVE ELEMENTS

Human body is made up of all the five elements of nature viz Earth, space, fire, water and air. Where earth provides shape and size to the body, space produces sound, fire induces hunger, water supports fluids and air ignites a sense of touch. A healthy body is one which has all the five element well harmonized within it in the right condition and quantum.

BODY VAASTU

Maintaining and following the right Vaastu rules not only balance the human body in accordance with the five elements, but also hold great importance in providing acceptance, prosperity, success and goodwill in life. Sitting in wrong positions with crossed arms and legs, not facing the north while working and not sleeping with the head in the right direction are some of the Vaastu defects which can make life troublesome and problematic for you and your family.
